We recently purchased a 20007 GMC Sierra pickup truck from Scanton Motors, our salesman Jim Sydoriak was truely the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. He made the whole process a pleasant experience.We went back for a couple service problems and Scranton service department was just as helpful, and addressed all of out concerns and fixed all of our problems. I have worked with 8 dealerships in my life purchasing vehicles. Scranton was by far the easiest dealership I have ever dealt with. I dealt with Jim Sydoriak and he couldnt have made my purchase an easier. There wasn't the usual haggle, let me try and up sell you junk you don't need, let me check with my manager. Jim was straight and to the point on all aspects of the vehicle, the options to lease or purchase and the various incentives that were available. The best part was that he LISTENED to what my needs were and reacted from there with action not a bunch of BS. I would recommend Scranton and Jim to anyone and everyone. 5 golden acadias for this dealership!

Had a 2 oclock appt on 12/31 arrived 1/2 hour early. David "Tig" Tignonsini met with us pulled up the 2011 Lucerne Super Sedan that I was interested in. My wife and I test drove the vehicle We made an offer and I drove off the lot in the vehicle completely financed at a good rate with license and registration by 4:30 PM on New Years Eve no less!

We have bought several cars and this was the most pleasant experience yet. Jim is patient and attentive without any pressure and knows exactly what he is doing. We are very happy with our purchase of a preowned vehicle and would trust him in the future.
