Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting customers as they first enter the dealership.  As the first point of customer contact, the front desk receptionist must maintain a friendly, accommodating demeanor and be a positive representative of the company.  The Front Desk Receptionist is also responsible for updating the customer database, assisting with inbound phone calls, assisting with social media, and completing clerical tasks as assigned.      

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome customers and respond to customer questions 
• Input showroom traffic to customer database
• Alert Sales Managers when customers are on the lot
• Answer inbound phone calls
• Complete clerical tasks as assigned
• Assist with social media
• Be a positive representative of the dealership and the brand
• Provide a luxury experience for guests
